Newly Enhanced Vibratory Motor

Maintenance and replacement of Vibrators on 6700 Tampers has long been inconvenient due to their heaviness, bulky size, and placement in tight spaces. Multiple people and the removal of the baskets and cylinders are often required in order to replace.  The new BTI designed Vibrator is a drop-in replacement that is lighter and thinner, making it easier to handle and install and offers the following advantages:  

Improved Serviceability: BTIDesign allows you to use an impact with extension to remove/install mounting bolts.  

Improved Reliability:  Improved internal bearing design dissipates heat better and reduces MTBF.

Improved Safety:  Weighs 33% less and is smaller than OEM Vibrator making it safer for one person to install with the front basket in place – no need to remove the basket or adjacent cylinders.
